Scrolling through your list of Pokémon in Pokémon GO, you might have noticed that some of your Pokémon have a blue glow behind them.
There blue glow doesn’t indicate anything special except that the Pokémon was caught in the last 24 hours. It’s just a useful feature to draw your eye to your most recently captured Pokémon.
Once a full day has passed since its capture, the Pokémon’s blue glow will disappear.
